Frequently asked questions.
Everything about membership, eligibility, treatment, pricing, delivery and privacy — in one place.
Eligibility
Is this legal — and are the doctors real?
Yes. Prescriptions are issued by Nigerian-licensed doctors (MDCN-registered) only when clinically appropriate, and medicines are dispensed by registered pharmacists.
I’m already on a GLP-1. Can I switch to Kansei?
Often, yes. You’ll complete a short intake so our doctors can review your history and current treatment, and continue your care where appropriate — with messaging support throughout.
Treatment
What is the Kansei Weight Loss Membership?
It gives you access to GLP-1 medication if you’re eligible, plus an experienced care team you can message anytime, progress tracking, and dose adjustments as your needs change.
Pricing & membership
How much does it cost?
Membership is ₦55,000 for your first month, then ₦209,000/month. Medication, if prescribed, is priced separately (from ₦209,000/month depending on the treatment). You can cancel anytime.
How do I pay?
Pay securely with Paystack or Flutterwave — card or bank transfer. No health-insurance paperwork required; if you have an HMO, check whether they reimburse.
Delivery
Where do you deliver, and is it discreet?
We deliver across Lagos, Abuja & 20 states nationwide in plain, discreet packaging. Injectable medicines ship with appropriate cold-chain handling.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is fastest in Lagos and Abuja, with nationwide delivery to other states through our partner clinics. Your exact timeline is confirmed at checkout based on your location.
Safety & privacy
Is my information private?
Yes — your health data is handled under Nigeria’s Data Protection Act. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how we collect, use and protect your information.
